
Marie Glinski
Marie Glinski graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1995. In 1998, she exchanged her snow boots and earmuffs for flip-flops and sunshine and moved to South Carolina. Marie resides in Florence, South Carolina, and has 17 years of leadership experience as a Regional Sales Leader in the banking industry. She served in a leadership capacity within the Women In Leadership, (WIL) Mentorship program. In addition, she was the Director of the South Carolina & North Carolina Leadership Development Program.
Marie has a genuine passion for helping people succeed which brought her to start her own business, Phat Maverick®, in 2017. Marie consults and coaches women in leadership, small business growth, and does keynote presentations empowering women to lift, push, and pull one another toward success. She breaks down information and strategies that are palatable to the audience using comprehensible terms with clear direction on how to utilize and implement the information for their own personal and professional growth.
Marie is fun and energetic and connects with her audience personally and professionally. She is passionate about women in leadership and uses her platform to encourage women to lift, push, & pull one another toward a better tomorrow. She celebrates the diversity that women bring to any table while still being passionate about personal beliefs. It is this vision & passion that allow Marie to mentor and develop women into competent and effective leaders while staying true to their convictions.
Marie is the President of the non-profit organization, Cancer of Many Colors. She is committed to giving back to her community and helping people find hope. Her leadership role has allowed her to build a business plan to grow the foundation statewide using a three-pillar strategy and building relationships throughout the state of South Carolina.
